Learn More Play Video Saving Lives Whole Blood As an organization with regional scope and a network of connections, TEMS was uniquely situated to pursue bringing Whole Blood delivered by EMS to the region. The process of delivering whole blood to trauma patients BEFORE they arrive at a hospital began with TEMS taking the lead on research and building partnerships to supply the program and develop protocols.
